Wiltshire Council’s Democratic and Member Services have produced Briefing note 24-02, which introduces a new communications campaign, run in partnership with Wessex Rivers Trust, focusing on promoting the funded upgrade of private homeowner septic tanks and sewage treatment plants in the Hampshire Avon catchment as part of Wiltshire Council’s nutrient mitigation strategy.
